Serving Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico

Support the ministry

Your gift carries hope to Ensenada

At Ensenada Ministries, we fulfill our calling daily by serving families, welcoming mission teams, and sharing hope through practical initiatives that strengthen the Ensenada community. Your support directly sustains this impactful work.

Thank you for your interest in supporting the ministry. Every gift, large or small, becomes a warm meal, a delivery of medicine, a lesson about Jesus, or a place of worship in a place of hardship.

This is not a young ministry with an unproven plan. For 26 years, Ensenada Ministries has served the city of Ensenada and the surrounding communities, partnering with hundreds of mission teams at Rancho El Refugio along the way. That track record means your gift is put to work in programs with deep roots: meals that have fed children for decades, a church home at the women's prison that is already complete and already gathering women to worship, relationships at rehabilitation centers that have walked people toward new life, and harvest-season visits to migrant farmworker camps. When you give, you are sustaining work that has been proving itself for a generation, and there are families in Ensenada right now who will feel the difference.

  • A church at the women's prison

    Done · Thank the Lord

A place of worship built inside the prison for women inmates. The work is complete, and we thank the Lord for every hand that helped raise it and for every woman who now has a sanctuary to gather, pray, and worship.

  • Medical supplies for people in need

Supplies and care delivered to families and clinics who cannot afford them, always accompanied by prayer for the people who receive them.

  • Feeding the Kids, teaching about Jesus

Warm meals paired with teaching materials so the children of Ensenada learn about Jesus, one plate and one lesson at a time.

The impact of your gift

Twenty-six years of ministry, made possible by givers

Giving is not a transaction with a faraway charity. It is how the work in Ensenada has been sustained, season after season, since 2000. Here is what your generosity is part of:

26
Years serving Ensenada and the communities around it
100s
Mission teams welcomed at Rancho El Refugio since 2000
3,400
Campers at our first gathering, the trip that started the love for Mexico
1
Church home built inside the women's prison, open and gathering today

Your gift feeds children through Feeding the Kids, where warm meals pair with lessons about Jesus. It puts groceries in the hands of families who feel they have no hope. It becomes a box of medical supplies delivered with prayer to a family or clinic that could not afford it. It keeps mission teams visiting the women's prison, keeps volunteers walking alongside men and women in recovery at drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, and keeps the church showing up at migrant farmworker camps through every harvest season.

Spectacular as those numbers are, the real measure of this work is quieter: a child who learns that God loves them, a woman at the prison who hears there is hope, a family in a camp who learns they are not forgotten. Every one of those moments begins with a giver who said yes. Your yes, today, becomes one of those moments on the ground in Ensenada.

Where does my money go?

After 26 years of ministry, gifts feed children through Feeding the Kids, put groceries in the hands of families, deliver medical supplies with prayer, support the church home at the women's prison, stand beside people in recovery at rehabilitation centers, and carry the church to migrant farmworker camps. They also make it possible to welcome the mission teams who do so much of this work. See the ministries page for the full picture, or bring a team to see it up close.

Can I give monthly or as a church?

Yes. The ministry welcomes recurring support and church partnerships that keep the doors open all year. Reach out through the contact page and we will connect you with the ministry's giving process.
