Ranch Staff
This page introduces the ranch staff of Rancho El Refugio, the partner ranch near Ensenada, Mexico, where Ensenada Ministries teams stay during mission trips and where retreats and conferences gather. Ensenada Ministries partners with the ranch and the people who run it, so the leaders listed here are our partners too. They are the ones who open the gates, ready the houses, and welcome every group that crosses the border to serve.

A refuge in the hills, built for mission teams, retreats, and conferences
Rancho El Refugio means "the refuge," and that is exactly what it is: a quiet ranch in the rolling hills about 10 miles east of Ensenada, Mexico, where the air is fresh and the ocean glitters in the distance. It hosts mission teams, and it opens its facilities to church and youth retreats, conferences, trainings, and quiet days of prayer and reflection.
The ranch is more than a place to sleep. It is the home base of the ministry week, with facilities for groups, a large outdoor amphitheater for worship and teaching, and a fire pit ringed with benches for the evenings. Our facilities page walks through the Hacienda, La Quinta, the Bridge House, and the Barn, so you can picture where your group would stay.
