Helping Ricardo Cuevas Restore His Smile

Dear Friends, Family, Church Family, and Supporters,

I am writing to you today on behalf of a dear brother in Christ and fellow worker in ministry, Ricardo.

Many of you may know Ricardo or have heard about the remarkable work he is doing down in Mexico. Day after day, he walks into places many people avoid—rehab facilities, juvenile centers, and local communities—to preach the Gospel, offer hope, and mentor those who feel lost.

What makes Ricardo’s ministry so impactful is that he speaks from real experience. In his past, he faced severe struggles with addiction, homelessness, and incarceration. But God stepped in and completely transformed his life. Today, he uses that very testimony to demonstrate that no one is beyond redemption or grace.

While God has renewed his spirit and given him a purpose, his body still bears the physical toll of his past addiction. Years of severe drug use severely damaged his teeth. Right now, he is dealing with severe decay and pain, which makes eating and daily life difficult, but more importantly, it creates a barrier as he tries to speak, preach, and connect with people.

We want to help Ricardo get the urgent dental care he needs to remove the rot, restore his physical health, and give him back a healthy smile. Dental procedures will costs approximately $3200, which is beyond his current means while serving full-time in ministry.
